Since 2008 Eternal Word Ministries has run the Daniel Academy in Zimbabwe, providing education to hundreds of children.

 

Our Mission

Founded by Pastor Tatenda Gunguwo, Eternal Word Ministries (EWM) is a biblical-based church with a vision to preach God's word to the rejected and marginalized communities in Zimbabwe. The ministry exists because of God’s concern for the whole person: body, soul, and spirit. EWM’s mission is to tap into the potential of the Zimbabwean people by holistically reaching them and empowering them to become leaders of God’s people.  EWM has set up over 500 churches all across Zimbabwe and South Africa, and some of EWM’s main ministries include the Voice of Peace Orphanages, Daniel Academy Schools, and Aids support groups.  

What Eternal Word Ministries is involved in:

  • 4 mobile clinics that treat hundreds of patients monthly.

  • 6 orphanages that provide housing to hundreds of orphans.

  • 6 Daniel Academies that provide schooling to hundreds of students.

  • 1 Counseling Center

  • 585 churches throughout Zimbabwe, 7 throughout Mozambique and 5 throughout South Africa.

  • Hundreds of HIV/AIDS support groups throughout Zimbabwe.

  • Prison ministry and Sports ministry.
